We respect your privacy and process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller is Marinos Tsiorvas Ltd (trading as Our Wish Wall), Republic of Cyprus.

What we collect

Couples: email address, names of the couple, wedding date and event settings. Guests: the name, wish and optional photo they choose to submit. Technical: basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. We do not see or store your card details. Paddle's own privacy policy applies to payment data.

Why we use it

To provide your wish wall (contract), to keep the service secure (legitimate interest), and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Who can see it

Wishes and photos are visible on the event's guest page and live display, and to the couple. Photos are stored privately and shown through temporary links. We never sell your data.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, database, storage and payments, under data processing agreements.

How long we keep it

Event content is kept while the event is hosted, then deleted within 30 days of expiry or deletion. Account data is kept until you delete your account; payment records as required by tax law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by contacting us on WhatsApp +357 99 300400. Guests who want a wish removed can ask the couple or contact us. You may also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

Cookies

We only use essential browser storage (for sign-in, language choice and remembering your guest name). No advertising trackers.
