These terms govern your use of Our Wish Wall (ourwishwall.com), a service operated by Marinos Tsiorvas Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (trading as Our Wish Wall). When you use the service you are contracting with Marinos Tsiorvas Ltd. By creating an account or using a wish wall, you agree to them.
1. The service
Our Wish Wall lets couples create an event page where guests submit written wishes and photos, which can be shown on a live display. Guests do not need an account.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details and event passwords safe, and for all activity under your account.
3. Prices and payment
An event pass costs €50 (one-time) and includes one year of hosting. An optional renewal costs €15 per year. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, taxes and invoices; applicable VAT may be added at checkout. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — see our Refund Policy (ourwishwall.com/refunds). Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) also apply to payments, billing and refunds.
4. Hosting period
Your wall stays online for the paid period. If you do not renew, your wall may be taken offline and its content deleted after a 30-day grace period. We will remind you by email before this happens.
5. Guest content
Couples and guests keep ownership of the wishes and photos they upload. By uploading, you give us a limited licence to store and display that content on the relevant event page and display only. You must not upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights. Couples can hide or delete any wish.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other events, overload our systems, or use it for spam or commercial advertising.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable service on your wedding day but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, which depends on internet connections and third-party providers. We recommend testing your display before the event.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected event. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Cyprus or EU law.
9. Termination
You may delete your event at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
